For a few months beforehand I had seen several pics on social media from my buddies that live there of this unique installation of Chihuly's work. The artist dropped in colorful glass works of art throughout the 24 acre space. The gardens to begin with are quite breathtaking and expansive....and with the addition of this manmade constructed, yet still organic pieces, it was something else. I really loved the juxtaposition of nature vs. structure.......hard edges vs. soft....transparency playing off one another.....reflections, colors and scale pushing boundaries.
